HLTAID014 Provide Advanced First Aid Our nationally recognised Advanced First Aid course develops the practical skills required to manage serious injuries, complex medical emergencies and multiple casualties until professional assistance arrives. Going beyond standard first-aid training, the course includes advanced casualty assessment, catastrophic bleeding control, tourniquets, wound packing, chest injuries, fractures, shock, burns, hypothermia, casualty monitoring, triage and structured emergency handovers. Training is practical and scenario-based, drawing on our experience in operational first aid, tactical medicine and emergency response. Participants learn how to remain organised under pressure, prioritise treatment and support other responders during complex incidents. This course is ideal for workplace first aiders, supervisors, security personnel, firearms owners, outdoor professionals, remote workers and anyone who may be required to manage a serious incident. Successful participants receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for HLTAID014 Provide Advanced First Aid, issued through our partner RTO, Allens Training Pty Ltd (RTO 90909).
