Based in the Hunter Valley of NSW, Tac-Offroad Training & Consulting delivers practical, real-world training designed to give people the skills and confidence to perform safely in challenging environments.

Our lead trainer brings 17 years of operational experience with the NSW Police Force and over 10 years in the Australian Army Reserve, including leadership roles in high-risk environments. This background shapes a training approach that is practical, realistic, and focused on situations people may genuinely encounter, whether in a recreational or operational context.

First Aid & Emergency Response Training

Our first aid courses go beyond basic first aid and focus on responding to serious emergencies. Training includes mass casualty response, managing life-threatening bleeding, and effectively supporting and liaising with first responders until professional help arrives.

All courses are delivered in an engaging, hands-on environment designed to build confidence, practical skills, and the ability to make good decisions under pressure.

4WD & Off-Road Training

Our off-road driver training focuses on safe vehicle operation, terrain assessment, vehicle recovery, and risk management in remote or challenging environments. The aim is to build capable drivers who understand their equipment and can operate confidently and safely off-road. Our experience and knowledge go beyond that of most trainers.
